China Aviation Gas Turbine Co., Ltd. ('CAGT') was created by China Aviation Investment Co., Ltd., Shenyang Liming Aero-Engine (Group) Corporation Ltd., Xi'an Aero-Engine (Group) Ltd., and 10 other aerospace technology and investment entities in December 2002. Based in Shenyang City, the capital of Liaoning Province in Northeast China, CAGT seeks to meet the market demands of electric power generation with advanced gas turbines developed using proprietary aeronautical power technology.
Its main businesses include: 1) Gas Turbine Packages; 2) Gas Turbine Driving Power Engineering Services; and 3) Machinery & Electronic Equipment. CAGT's main customers are in aerospace, petrochemical, railroad, nuclear power, metallurgy and coking industries.

Beijing Zhongdian Motor Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is formed in January 27, 2003.it is a joint venture enterprise invested by Beijing Steam Turbine Generator Co., Ltd. and Beijing Heavy Electric Machinery Co., Ltd. (BHEM). It grew out of an Electric Machinery Department of BHEM. The company mainly involves manufacture of large and medium-sized AC-DC motor products, among which, Asynchronous motor and synchronous motor have been targeted for users of various products within the 5400 kW and 5000 kW, respectively.

Hangzhou Boiler Group is mainly engaged in production of boilers, pressure vessels and environmental equipment, and provides services in sale, consulting, installation related to its products. It grew out of Hangzhou Boiler Plant formed in 1955. The company has a register capital of 120 million Yuan and employees of 1300, among which there are 400 technicians. Also, it is an important state high-tech enterprise and an industry base of R & D and production in waste heat Boiler and Coal-water-mixture (CWM)-fired Boilers, and environment protection industrial base of Zhejiang Province.
Scope of Cooperation: we and HZBG conduct a large-scale cooperation in power generation by recovering cement residual heat. This corporation may give a full play of the two companies’ advantages and are complementary to one another.
