"Shaanxi Shengwei" pure low-temperature cement wasted heat generation systems

The main products of Shaanxi Shengwei Building Material Group Co., Ltd. are “Shengwei” brand P.O32.5 、 P.O32.5R、P.O42.5、P.O42.5R、P.O52.5、P.O52.5R、P.O62.5 、 P.O62.5R、P.C32.5 of normal silicate low- alkali cement.

Currently, Shaanxi Shengwei Building Material Group Co., Ltd. owns one 5000 tons cement clinker production line, two 2500t/d cement clinker production lines, the annual cement output of the three production lines is 4 million tons. All of them adopt current international advanced production process, which is suspension preheating—decomposition outside the kiln—dry calcinations, introducing full automatic DCS distributed control system and QCX quality control system. The production line equipped with high-quality equipments, and the key facilities are all imported products, such as X-Ray analyzer from PHILLIP of Holland, coal-feeding controlling scale from PFISTER of German. Equipment and technology is in the leading position in this field.

Shaanxi Shengwei Building Material Group Co., Ltd. owns large self-provided mines in three places, which is proven up reserving 380 million tons limestone of high quality.

Project Progress

We build two sets of 9MW pure low-temperature cement wasted heat generation systems for 2*2500t/d cement clinker production line in Jingyang and 5000t/d cement clinker production line in Tongchuan respectively for Shengwei Group. The estimated annual generation output would be 180 million KWh after finishing two projects construction.

Equipment style selection and tendering of the project has been completed, and the construction party has been determined and begun to build.

Overview

We have finished all the approval procedure of project establishment and procedure of generation grid connection according to the government’s requirements.

We will build cement pure low-temperature wasted heat generation project for the subsequent cement clinker production line for Shengwei Group.
